@VerizonSupport Shine Program is great in theory but the execution and support are really missing the mark. As an almost 25 year customer, I’ve been promised to be contacted since 7/30 with no response. When I call I’ve been met with more callback promises and dropped calls.

The employee called while I was waiting to say they were out of sweet potatoes and was offended because I asked what did they have considering several items were unavailable when I placed the order at 3pm.

@LongHornSteaks is this how you treat your customers?? 2.5hrs on hold waiting for a manager. (Someone checked in at the 1hr mark) after I waited at curbside for 30 minutes for my online order to be called and told an item wasn’t available and then hung up on before being serviced

The lack of customer service and support skills at @Xfinity @XfinitySupport should be studied. I have been hung up on and am currently on hold bc I assume the rep doesn’t want to hang up. Little does she know I have time today. I’ll run your AHT through the roof.

@DKalbSanitation Is there an option to sign up for notifications? Because me and all my neighbors have our trash out and this is the only way I know when service is delayed. In Gwinnett we’d get a text or email.
