@BenThomasPreps This is a good thing for HS sports in Alabama. Hate it for the kids, but a rule with a defined penalty was broken, and rules must be allowed to be upheld.
@_ThomasAshworth What’s the purpose of rules if they can’t be enforced by the oversight agency?
Halting the entire postseason because a team can’t follow simple scheduling rules is ridiculous.
Yeah, it sucks for the kids, but a rule with a defined penalty was broken.
@ktbags@_ThomasAshworth Seems like we’re heading to a world with no rules… Why follow rules when you can just find a judge willing to throw the rules out of a window.
Sports quickly becoming less fun, but elections will be more entertaining. Stupid times we’re living in.
"The bickering among private and public schools over AHSAA rules likely would have been worked out amicably. But then the politicians got involved." https://t.co/5ioVsbui4z
@RGIII They aren’t student-athletes anymore. NIL changed that. These guys make more than most fans, and the collectives that pay them come from fans.
Take the money and earn criticism when the job is not well done. Sorry. That’s life.
