@chasehoganjone1@CrimsonDesert_ Because Crimson Desert is a demanding, physics-heavy, and expansive RPG, getting it to run on a handheld device requires significant optimization. The development team is focusing heavily on CPU resource management and asset streaming to handle the game's massive battles and NPCs
@chasehoganjone1@CrimsonDesert_ "Pearl Abyss's CEO has confirmed that an early version of CD is in development for the Switch 2. While a working build exists, the developers are still in the R&D stage, working to ensure the massive open-world action and graphical fidelity can run smoothly on the hardware."
@SercanKesen@CrimsonDesert_ Cross save and cross play together are basically pointless. If you could already play an Xbox game with someone on a Playstation, why would you need to move your save? And vice versa
@RicardoG1981@CrimsonDesert_ The game has only been out for 6 months and is constantlybeing updated. You'd have to wait at least until they are finished patching it, and make any dlc until you'd get anything like a GOTY or definitive edition.
@chasehoganjone1@CrimsonDesert_ No, its still in R&D. They likely have to scale back alot of things to get everything working properly since Switch 2 is basically a glorified Gameboy
@bandicoot971@CrimsonDesert_ There already is. You need to complete all of the Abyss puzzles. Then once you activate the final one at the center you go back to young Kliff
@brock_wiese@CrimsonDesert_ Its not really random. Its always on a Thursday. For the first 2 months, it was every Thursday. Now they do it ~twice a month
@Adam66478283@CrimsonDesert_ There is no game ever that buying for one platform gives you access to it on every other platform. The only thing that comes close are games that are on pc/console and also on mobile
