@SouthwestAir Nothing like getting a text when I'm already at the airport. 6 hour delay and being at MCO 3 hours early due to long tsa. 9 hours at an airport with 2 young kids. I know you can't control the weather but there should have been better communication! It was an awful experience!

@SouthwestAir yesterday was an absolute nightmare. Original flight time was 4:30pm to get to Milwaukee 6:50. Left Mco at 10:15 to get home after 12am! No text/email until after I was at the airport. 9 hours at an airport with a 5 & 7 year old. Communication would have been nice.

@chrissyteigen I lost my son in June! A lot of similarities between our pregnancies. I lost my Grayson at 14 weeks after weeks of bleeding. It's still a struggle. Sorry you didn't get to see your Jack. I held my boy and wish I would have taken pictures. So much guilt and regrets over here 💙
