We too fast sometimes it doesn’t allow our hitters to elevate and exploit our matchups. We end up hitting too low and tipping too much

Volleyball is HUGE in the North Texas region and nationally is arguably the most competitive region in the country. I think there are more reasons for why we don’t show up.

The biggest problem is USAV does not promote the event. I live in the DFW area and have not seen a single thing promoting the event except for an email from UTA b/c I have been to games there in the past

DFW is a great location logistically since DFW is a major travel hub…

I think easily one of the stupidest things we do as coaches is hold the expectation that kids will stay extremely active on holiday breaks during their offseason and/or summer and not adjust training as needed upon return.
