Never expected that the airline I’m proud of has such rude behaving agents

@Delta My baggage was damaged. The baggage office agent said that this is normal wear and tear and she would not open the baggage claim and give a case number. Being a Delta diamond I know the process, but then she would not budge.
She then raised her voice and asked me to leave.
