@astrowatchx @Punchy_Playz Absolutely nothing wrong with that cut of meat! It is ALWAYS prepared on the rarer side. It is a tender cut and doesn't need to be eviscerated or incinerated to be eaten.

@Bluecaribe2 @Punchy_Playz One caveat. Don't buy bladed or needle tenderized meat! That CAN introduce E-coli INTO the meat. So, just make sure it wasn't pre tenderized. Usually only restaurants that buy the cheapest cuts, will do it, or buy it that way. A good Butcher or Chef/Cook would never do it!

@Bluecaribe2 @Punchy_Playz You will be one of the very few that got e-coli from anything but Ground Beef. When ground it is exposed to more bacteria (inside the portion) steaks and Roasts can safely be eaten when it hits 120°. That is because the bacteria IF it has any on it will die when cooking it!

@cOldThymer @Backblastradio @Punchy_Playz The only meat that has bacteria in it is Hamburger. Steaks and Roasts in one piece don't have the problem Ground beef has. You can eat them cooked just past the point it doesn't Moo when poked with a fork! That is why they have rare, medium, and well done. Burgers 165° or risky.
