Hear me out right. Why does every app not automatically translate foreign languages into English. Hate coming across a bangin video and all the comments are in another language. I want to know what they’re saying. Just have a setting that auto translates into English.

Then she spends all day on the phone for her to receive a text saying you can give her an appointment tomorrow. She phones back to get it to be told no, not available sorry. Then they offer £40 compensation. Then he says actually no, we don’t offer compensation. What is going on!

@UtilitaEnergy Absolutely horrific service today. My mum has been waiting 4 weeks because your engineer appointment time is 6-8 weeks, just for you to cancel and tell her the next appointment is the end of April. She is being overcharged massively because of YOUR metres.
