In South Africa, there are over 5000 rapes of children under three annually.

Now we are seeing it here. A man from Central African Republic has been charged with the rape and murder of a 2 year old.

A child that age is so tiny that the entire anus and vagina are destroyed and the child will almost certainly die of internal and external bleeding.
