Rabale MIDC Police, Navi Mumbai solved the case of Baliram Suryanath Kushwah (50), missing for 11 months.
His wife Sunita Kushwah (40) and her lover Rahul Dashrath Prajapati (30) allegedly killed him on Aug 9, 2025 because he opposed their affair.
They tried to destroy evidence by chopping & disposing the body in Gavalidev hill forest.
The brother’s missing complaint in April 2026 led to the truth.
Both have confessed. Search for the remains continues.

Before spending lakhs on litigation, spend a few hours reading the Supreme Court judgment in Rajnesh vs. Neha given on 4 November 2020.
This judgment gives husbands several important safeguards, including:
>The wife must disclose her true income, assets, investments, bank accounts, liabilities, and standard of living through a detailed affidavit right at filing of the maintenance application.
>The court is expected to consider the earning capacity of both spouses, not just the husband’s income.
>Concealment or false disclosure of material facts can affect the credibility of the maintenance claim.
>Maintenance should be based on verified financial disclosures and evidence, not merely on allegations.
>The judgment aims to ensure fairness and transparency by requiring complete financial disclosure from both parties.
Read Part B and the Affidavit of Disclosure of Assets and Liabilities carefully.
Pages 30–37 are the most important—read them at least 5 times. Read the remaining pages up to Page 66 at least 2 times.
If you understand these guidelines, you will be in a much better position to identify omissions, contradictions, or non-disclosures in the maintenance petition and raise them confidently before the court.
Knowledge of the law is your biggest weapon.

As per the law, filing a fake affidavit to get some relief from a govt office is punishable under the BNS law.
Relevant BNS sections:
• BNS Section 236: False statement made in a declaration which is by law receivable as evidence.
• BNS Section 229: Punishment for false evidence — up to 7 years + fine (judicial) or up to 3 years + fine (other cases like govt schemes).
• BNS Section 217: False information to public servant with intent to cause wrongful benefit — up to 1 year or ₹10,000 fine or both.
Will FIR be filed on these 92 lakh women who faked affidavits?
Why no FIRs and these women are allowed to walk away with just disqualifications without punishments?

Imagine a 16-year-old boy and a 16-year-old girl in a relationship who have consensual sex.
Both are the same age and willingly participated → The boy is still labelled a rapist.
If the girl later regrets it or her parents complain → The boy is treated as a rapist and faces punishment.
Even if the girl was equally willing and active → Only the boy is considered the offender.
But if a pedophile woman rapes an underage boy → She gets easy bail.
Real Case (Mumbai, 2025): A 40-year-old mother of 11-year-old twins and a school teacher raped her 16-year-old male student for over a year. With the help of her friend who groomed the boy, she took him to luxury hotels, gave him antidepressants, and called it “love”. Yet the court granted her bail.
Why is the law and judiciary so biased towards women?
If both are minors and the act was consensual, why is only the boy branded a rapist? Why doesn’t the girl bear the same responsibility?
Either make POCSO truly gender neutral
punish both equally or punish neither.
