@traploreross If the judge is investigating possible juror contact or remarks outside court, that’s serious. Any outside interference (even from supporters) can create problems and give the other side something to work with.

@traploreross Exactly. For the federal stalking charge, the jury has to find that Quando was placed in reasonable fear of death or serious injury. If he didn’t even know he was being stalked at the time, that element gets a lot harder for the prosecution to prove.
