Birthright citizenship is constitutionally protected. I joined the majority today (along with my colleagues Roberts, Kavanaugh, Kagan, Sotomayor, and Jackson) to strike down President Trump's attempt at ending birthright citizenship. The precedent and law is clear.

@kimkpatriot @libsoftiktok No. It is what the Constitution allows. If you wish to change the Constitution, you may proceed through the constitutional amendment process. It is not the job of the Supreme Court to carve out special exceptions for rules the Constitution makes clear.
