Was wondering a ruling interaction; how come Fizz when he plays a spell recycles the spell regardless of it resolves or not but Jhin Legend ability doesn’t allow him to Banish the spell below him for use later. A smal power increase is nice.

Blind Aspirants - Our deck goes late better than most and benefits from getting to higher mana amounts for tricks
1st Targons, go in with our 2 drop and develop that turn with holding up free mana
2nd Sunken temple (We know this one)
@DurantulaTCG Irelia does best when she has runes at her disposal. It's one of the main reasons that we started playing Vex in the first place.
Even if Treasure hunter nets us 2 movements that's 2 "Free" activations of Irelia in the future, and if it's removed it didn't cost much either
@playriftbound Hello! Just looking for clarification here: Under this ruling change in the core rules does that mean that Equiping gear to Irelia doesn't trigger her to ready a unit?
