@Airtel_Presence Done. Please check the DM and let your customer representative get back with atleast a definitive time window and day for the shifting. So that I can plan accordingly.
@airtelindia@airtel_wifi it has been more than 48 hours since my request for relocation of wifi n DTH were to be resolved but your engineers refuse straight up.
What kind of grievance redressal is this, since you have almost a monopoly you dn't value ur customer's time at all?
@RanveerOfficial - Your company is making a fool of people. Blocking money, no delivery and forget about proper communication. Everyday I reach out and they say give last chance/connect with executive, but actually no one is replying except the bot. Poor service!
We have a wedding in the family next week. In last three days I have seen a barber, stylist, spa, tailor, and dance choreographer all come home. No other place in the world offers this luxury at such a reasonable cost. This convenience covers every part of life. I last stepped into a bank maybe ten years ago - even to sign loan papers. When I buy a car, the dealer brings it to my driveway for a test drive and delivers the vehicle to my gate. For regular maintenance, a driver picks the car up and brings it back.
Doctors, drivers, fitness trainers, and physiotherapists all visit the house. Chefs, party planners, and house help. Name it and there is a provider.
Even the election commission recently delivered and collected SIR forms at our doorstep. Food and daily goods arrive with a phone click at little to no extra charge.
In most countries, people spend their weekends running errands. The doorstep economy protects our most valuable asset: time. By outsourcing the logistics of daily life, we reclaim hours that would otherwise disappear into traffic and long lines. We gain the freedom to invest that energy back into our homes and relationships. That’s beauty of living in India.
@DuttShekhar Yes sir very bad precedent, he is a very honest bureaucrat being dragged by people with malicious intent like below. All a plan to defame him. Hope they all get some wisdom and judgement like you. 🙏

@yeahiamlistenin Whom to share with and how much is the key, sometimes an outside opinion does help. That's how we better calibrate our own model of reality.
@BreatheKohli Blame the user, yes. But also blame the people who made harm easy and scalable.
Otherwise this accountability is just pushing the blame to the weakest link while making it easier for those in power to get away.
@BreatheKohli If tomorrow an AI helps someone hurt or kill another person just because it was told to, we wouldn’t shrug and say “it was following instructions.” We’d also ask who made that possible.
@paraschopra You think people would work earnestly if they felt that the marginal impact of their work is zero?
Nothing I do matters.
But I should choose carefully what I do.
Do they co-exist logically for you?
