6 years ago today we lost our Sally and have been traumatised by @DimensionsUK absolute lack of compassion candour and honesty. No one was held to account no one was punished yet we lost her in the most horrendous circumstances God Bless our lovely Sally safe with Mum and Dad

@davidabbottbris @CareQualityComm @DimensionsUK Coroner asked Cqc at inquest why it took 2 years to start investigating Sally's death reply was "I don't know" .they did know chose not to say.the investigator shut it down despite safeguarding telling them on Jan 31st 2018 that there were concerns about neglect

@DimensionsUK the day sally died Julie Campbell would have been clear on her MAR sheets she was not given her daily laxative for 10 months yet you failed to tell @CareQualityComm in your notification to them I informed you of findings of her post mortem still did not tell CQC
