@CareQualityComm Updated with what ??? Your complete incompetence, lack of candour and failure to do the job you are supposed to do protect the vulnerable and when things go wrong .....prosecute !!!
@TwittleyJules@JeremyH09406697@BBCLucyAdams@BBCNews@BBCfileon4 didnt even investigate my sisters death as inspector didnt think it warranted investigation despite a safeguarding report sent to them saying sally had been neglected ...yet miraculously decided to investigate 2 years after ...failed to prosecute as out of time @CareQualityComm
1 letter from your solicitor to my solicitor in june offering us a face to face meeting is not "close personal contact" even though you've told organisations like LDE it is ......still waiting for meeting @rachael_dodgson @dimensionsuk#candour
6 years ago today we lost our Sally and have been traumatised by @DimensionsUK absolute lack of compassion candour and honesty. No one was held to account no one was punished yet we lost her in the most horrendous circumstances God Bless our lovely Sally safe with Mum and Dad
We appeal to everyone who cares about those living with DownSyndrome, and learning disabilities, and wants to prevent their premature deaths because of poor healthcare and diagnostic overshadowing, deaths which has been happening for years but we think swept under the carpet. Thanks
@hbaldwin received your letter re @CareQualityComm same old same old you sent me PHSO form to fill In already done it been with your office for 3 monthd just waiting for you to sign it #useless
@IanDilks1 can you please explain to me why @CareQualityComm failed to investigate Sally Lewis death from neglect despite safeguarding alerting them to neglect in report to CQC 3 months after she died and then investigated 2 years after she died and failed again
@davidabbottbris@CareQualityComm@DimensionsUK Coroner asked Cqc at inquest why it took 2 years to start investigating Sally's death reply was "I don't know" .they did know chose not to say.the investigator shut it down despite safeguarding telling them on Jan 31st 2018 that there were concerns about neglect
everyway we turn just adds to our trauma today I received the minutes to our meeting with CQC im furious tearful i dont know if im allowed to publish them here any help appreciated total and absolute FU @CareQualityComm@DimensionsUK
@DimensionsUK the day sally died Julie Campbell would have been clear on her MAR sheets she was not given her daily laxative for 10 months yet you failed to tell @CareQualityComm in your notification to them I informed you of findings of her post mortem still did not tell CQC
@CareQualityComm your tag line "We make sure health and social care services provide people with safe, effective, compassionate, high-quality care and we encourage care services to improve" didnt even bother investigating Sallys death 10 months without her daily laxative ......
@CareQualityComm@DimensionsUK why was investigation into Sallys death "shut down".why did you not inform me the complainant.why did you not tell the coroner at inquest response was "dont know "why were we not allowed anyone to accompany us at a meeting @CareQualityComm
@CareQualityComm did not send anyone to look at the @DimensionsUK property where Sally died then totally shut down the investigation into her death and then tell the coroner they "didnt know" why it took 2 years to investigate her death #coverup
