@ArmandDAngour Not sure this is the best method to select people for scholarships or admission. Of course, I have zero knowledge of Oxford environment.
@edwardstrngr65 As a non-expert on this topic, I read a good history on air power, Air Power (Budiansky, 2004) which covered how USAF improved SEAD and electronic warfare as a result of losses in Vietnam. https://t.co/9cwhCVxp5w
@robert_lyman Germany had lists of people in UK who were to be arrested or executed in the event of an occupation. Carlson seems to believe that he would be one of the masters in such a world, and, in fact, he would not.

@aaronscher Thought experiment: AI is stopped at some level as it is unmanageable and certain aspects of production are "unplugged" from any global internet/communications. Plus, a backlash occurs against even current levels of computer use.
@DrLeoStrauss Worth noting of course that non-Greeks were viewed as barbarians by Greeks at the time. Athens itself after its defeat was ruled by the 30 Tyrants and never really recovered its former standing.
@eyefishing@HiddenHistoryYT He was fighter pilot in the 82nd fighter group (P-38): "The 82nd Fighter Group boarded the RMS Queen Mary on September 26, 1942, sailing from the U.S. East Coast to Europe for World War II deployment."
@Dr_M_Davis Deterrence is stronger than it was in 2020 if the focus is solely on Taiwan's overall capability. Taiwan only needs to take out the primary landing craft. Overall, a Chinese landing force will be cut off from resupply to be forced to surrender. Blockade = attacks on China ports
@NicholasOShaug1 I had multiple relatives there in those battles including King's Mountain, Siege of Augusta, Blackstock's Plantation, Ninety-Six, etc.
