During #NaNoWriMo I'm not editing. (as per their instruction) My only goal is #50K Because of this, I've now written almost 6 chapters but only have a Prologue and Chapter 1 available to read. Come back in December for edited versions of this #fantasy #pirate #story #yafiction.

I'm editing Chapter 1. It's too long. I'm creating a prologue from it and changing where the story starts. It'll tie in events from chapters 2 & 3 so they are better set up. Expect a Prologue, a somewhat edited Chapter 1 and Chapter 2 today...Unless work get's in the way #writing

I do have a problem. I've written over 12,000 words for two chapters 🤦‍♂️. I need more like 2500-3500 per chapter. This is not a good problem to have. I'm really trying to keep the total word count under 100,000. 😤
