- 1st step position step - lateral or brace depending on dl alignment/threat of spike
- 2nd step vertical power land blow same time, keep climbing if no contact 2nd step

95% of HS DL have one pass rush move and if they have a counter move it comes off of a bull rush

Pass rush moves are based off steps and timing and Using a jump set forces the DL to change his plan and gives the OL an advantage
