Focus on perianal CD given highest risk. HSIL is SCC precursor and treatable to prevent SCC. 1st - cytology, low threshold for HRA. EUA / MRI for concern within fistulas

Are you aware of the new 2024 IANS Anal Cancer Screening Guidelines?Screening rec’d for groups with anal SCC > 17 per 100k p-y. Data suggests perianal Crohn’s carries risk of 20-30 per 100k p-y.
