Bilbo might be a scam (?) but Key to the Side-Door isn’t! Let’s play this UR Cori-Loki by @YungDingoMTG with 4 Keys!

@Mengu09 Mengu, I love it 😀
You guys definitely looked like you were having fun regardless; that's what magic is all about!

[Justin Sattler @JustinHomeslice]

@Dread_Botlord @MTGGoldfish @Nord_Sol You wouldn't get it 💜

[Justin Sattler @JustinHomeslice]

@not_colino It's not an "own"
Just picking at the terminology. I love it.
So it's really not that deep m'lord 🫡

[Justin Sattler @JustinHomeslice]

@MTGSecretLair Here's a wild thought. Let me buy this product from my LGS like normal? Why go through all of this when you're printing a predetermined amount? I literally don't understand...

[Justin Sattler @JustinHomeslice]

That's it boys. #magicthegathering is officially the Fortnite of card games. Called it. 👌

[Justin Sattler @JustinHomeslice]

@Jenn_the_Judge Msrp and Amazon early preorder pricing are two different things. Please cite your source

[Justin Sattler @JustinHomeslice]

@AJMTGMan @WesternSentinel @Danidoesmagic What you're failing to understand is that the msrp of the product hasn't changed. They are simply charging a premium for an early preorder.
There has been zero communication of a price increase.
Amazon preorders have never been the same as MSRP, feel free to prove me wrong

[Justin Sattler @JustinHomeslice]

Two #MagicTheGathering cards that give off the same energy
Hey at least they tested it first. It was fine, right? #MTGxFINALFANTASY

[Justin Sattler @JustinHomeslice]

@dannstacks @StormCrow_79 @Breaking911 Still waiting on that pic of your degree, bro.

[Justin Sattler @JustinHomeslice]

@Caio22011 @PleasantKenobi It absolutely is. It's a standard set.
But go off.

[Justin Sattler @JustinHomeslice]

@Tallri @Danidoesmagic Doubt it. The market will naturally drop and increase prices as supply fluctuates

[Justin Sattler @JustinHomeslice]

@damionchurchill @Bobstropajo @PleasantKenobi It's also to appease distributors. They don't want to tie all their cash up from the start. This is actually the main factor. If the distributors don't pick it up, then WOTC has to hold it, and they definitely don't want that. Well... maybe for this one they do want that 😅😉

[Justin Sattler @JustinHomeslice]

@WesternSentinel @Danidoesmagic They could. But it's not smart to, or else distributors start to get a bit shifty holding onto all that product. They will eventually, but on release it'll be super limited

[Justin Sattler @JustinHomeslice]

@FontMasterFlex7 @PleasantKenobi Has to be. It's a standard set.

The decks, like fallout, dr. who, and lord of the rings have all had multiple reprints. The collector packs will be the one-pront-run-only thing. Along with any accompanying Secret Lairs they might do

[Justin Sattler @JustinHomeslice]

@GayOliveGarden It's gonna be worse on the secondary market. At least until supply keeps up.

[Justin Sattler @JustinHomeslice]

@PleasantKenobi @NakisisaTheLion I can confirm, as I own a store. Already being warned that allocations will be low. At least on the commander decks

[Justin Sattler @JustinHomeslice]

@SaffronOlive Wanna bet it or Teferi's Protection gets a reprint 🤣
