I would encourage you to watch and read more information on the oil in Venezuela by Dr. Chris Martenson. All oil is not gasoline or diesel. Some oil is only for heating and some for industrial plastics. That oil there is incredibly sticky and hard and not always usable and the refining capacity there is outdated. Unfortunately this is another grift. Notice how he said “oil” get him on there to say “gas” or “diesel.”
