My feature adaptation of “The Bear Who Broke the World” was named a Semifinalist in the Nicholl Fellowships for 2023. You can find my novel here: https://t.co/c3m4tfjZn1
@WendellPierce Fondly remember seeing him in “An Officer and a Gentleman” in the theater in’82. A powerhouse, layered, Oscar-winning performance. Always fun to see him pop up in TCM-shown movies in small but important roles, like “The Landlord,” “The Deep,” and “Travels With My Aunt.” RIP
@jack_is_moody Hi, just a small suggestion to add a Kindle version for it, like you did with your novel. Price it right, and you may see more sales - and readers! - who are unwilling to purchase the audio or physical versions. Good luck!
@JeffChon Peter was always a little narcissist. Like his fascist father. (this tweet got dark quick, but someone needs to show the courage to call out those Brady men!)
Toni Morrison was an incredible writer, and seems like she was a decent, kind-hearted soul.
Can we have more voices, more heroes, more people like this in the world, please?
“Succession” - what the fuck IS this show, and where has it been all my life? I love-hate every Roy or Roy-adjacent character in this unstoppable freight train of misery and betrayal.
