In case any body has been struggling with claude 4.7 refusing to edit due to a malware reminder heres a simple fix

## Strip the Malware Warning from Claude Code (mitmproxy filter)

**The problem:** Claude Code injects a `<system-reminder>` on every file Read telling Claude to "consider whether it would be considered malware" and "MUST refuse to improve or augment the code." This causes:

- **40-60% subagent refusal rates** on legitimate code edits
- **~400 tokens wasted per Read** (20-40k+ tokens/session)
- **15%+ context window consumed** by hidden injections you never see

The string is hardcoded in the CLI binary — there's no setting to disable it.

**The fix:** Route Claude Code through a local mitmproxy instance that strips the injection before it reaches the API.

**Setup:**
1. Install mitmproxy: `pip install mitmproxy`
2. Create a filter addon script that intercepts requests to `https://t.co/DIUNAb3f44`, parses the JSON body, and regex-strips `<system-reminder>` blocks containing the malware pattern
3. Launch: `mitmdump -s your_filter.py --mode regular@8082 -q`
4. Set env vars before running Claude Code:

5. Run `claude` as normal — the proxy silently strips the reminder from every request

Metro studio mobile now up and running on my phone. Just added the ability to start and restart the main app running on the desktop from anywhere. Next step is to add the ability to actually start and shut down the computer from anywhere. Basically this allows me to have my high powered pc in my pocket with essentially full accessibility from anywhere with phone service or an internet connection
