Tonight marks the end of my scheduled 2026 NASCAR coverage at the track.

Three years ago, I questioned when and if I’d ever be back.

As I leave tonight the only question I have is when I’ll be back.

Not everyone gets to live out their dreams. I’ve been fortunate enough to have lived it on multiple occasions.

I don’t know when or even if I’ll be back to the racetrack.

But I’d like to think today’s the end of a chapter rather than the end of my story covering NASCAR.
