How dare you blame me for my reaction when it was your actions that put me in that position in the first place? You made choices that hurt me, crossed boundaries you knew would affect me, and then acted as if my response was the real problem. I’m not saying I handled everything perfectly, but it’s unfair to paint me as the villain while ignoring the reasons I was hurting. You can criticize my reaction, but don’t forget what caused it.
it’s so frustrating how abusers are always surrounded by a whole clan of people who justify and validate their behavior. so the victim inevitably gets hurt not just by the abuser but by everyone around the abuser who essentially did not give a fuck about the victim’s wellbeing at all. honestly disgusting
@NedoTour Il propose une solution, il aura fait ses heures au final, il ose se positionner, je vois aucune raison de dire non ni même au pire de trouver ça abusé qu'il demande.
Narcissists silence your voice,
Then call you “difficult” for speaking up.
They isolate you from support,
Then blame you for being “needy.”
They rewrite history,
Then gaslight you for remembering.
It’s not confusion.
It’s control.
Most toxic patterns are pushing you until you break, then blaming you for the reaction. They ignore, dismiss, and trigger the same wounds, until you finally snap. Then suddenly, you're the problem.
But being pushed past your limit isn't weakness. Sometimes your reaction is just the result of a fire they kept lighting, not something you created.
Manipulative people don't say sorry. They reframe the story until your reaction looks worse than their behaviour. Suddenly, you're explaining yourself while they walk away clean
A narcissist's idea of a "perfect relationship" goes like this: They do whatever they want. You say nothing.
They expect unlimited freedom for themselves... and unlimited tolerance from you.
A narcissist doesn’t ruin your life.
They convince you to hand it over.
Your time.
Your peace.
Your confidence.
And when you’re empty,
they call you “too much.”
That’s not love.
That’s emotional theft.
God please keep me away from another lying partner with a victim complex who denies their mistakes and manipulate you into believing everything is your fault.
