Newport based Nonsensical Ideasman. Absurdist, Comedic, Raucous & Clownish. Working with young people + communities. Director/Performer/Producer. I don’t use X.
I keep coming back this dumpster of an app scrolling through the most awful content to get to what I want. It’s my opinion that X is unethical. So I’m going for good + am announcing it so you know how great I am. Feel free to tag me in promotionals and/or follow me elsewhere ✌🏻
Not being funny but this belongs in an exhibition of its own 🔥

This is what St David’s Day looks like in Cardiff, fresh and relevant!
The biggest challenge facing any major incoming government is that as a society we’ve confused hyper connected single issue solidarity with community. Communities requires a broad church, where all these single issues are interconnected, not pitted against each other.

Ash Sarkar @AyoCaesar on Radio 4 this morning was phenomenal. Hopeful, realistic and cutting straight through the shit. I can’t believe the amount of political discourse in this country that doesn’t understand people actually know what’s going on.
A week ago we performed the Gaza Monologues @chapterartscentre with some of Cardiff's most powerful performers. The sharing sold out within a few hours - this tells us how much people need to bear witness, reflect, build knowledge and be together at this time 1/2
I'm getting a lot out of life at the moment. I don't know why, or I at least can't quite put my finger on it. I'm probably just in the sweet spot between bipolar dips, but whilst I'm here, I felt like saying; I'm broke, it's cold, I'm stressed, but getting a lot out of it.
It’s that time of year again. Looking for male-identifying Welsh speaking disabled actors (ideally physical impairment) for a TV project. DM interested
I fucking love Kae Tempest, and a few years ago I wouldn’t have said that. I held with disregard what I hadn’t ever really tried sitting with. But the more I sat with their work, reading, listening, watching, the more I was moved by it in ways that other things rarely move me.
Emily McDonald made a film about me, my work & the last couple of years of my life, on @BBCTwo tonight at 9pm & will be on @BBCiPlayer. It's personal, which is scary, but hopefully it will find its way to someone who will see some beauty in it & get some beauty out of it
