QB slide rules in the NFL destroy the game.

They make it impossible for defenders to play. If we're going to "protect" the quarterbacks to this degree, then they have to force them to stay in the pocket.

NFL players get fined exorbitant fees in response to plays, as a deterrent for their "dangerous" play style. There are enough videos showing how egregious these fines are.

But the refs destroy NFL games week after week, and they aren't fined a single cent?
