One year ago today, the Government proscribed the direct action protest group Palestine Action as a terrorist organisation.
Since then, over 3,300 arrests have been made of people holding placards.
Treating protest as terrorism leaves the door wide open for governments to suppress protest movements in the future, while clamping down on solidarity with Palestinians right now.
We cannot challenge injustice and uphold our own rights if we cannot come together to protest. We cannot allow the government to take that right away.
The campaign against human rights defenders seems to be at its hightest. Everywhere.
And so shall be the determination to protect human rights, which are not a gift. They are conquest of decades of struggles of women, men, people who fought for freedom.
And so shall we continue.
This is difficult to watch, it's embarrassing, it's enraging, it's shameful.
Emma Reynolds the Secretary of State for the Environment and David Hill the head of water at Defra appeared before MPs on Tuesday where they repeated the same old lie, that water company shareholders invest their money in the companies and we, the bill payers, pay them back over 10, 15, 20, 30 years.
Even Ofwat have owned up, that's a lie the £104 billion "private sector investment" is coming directly out of your pockets, your bank account. For God sake just tell the truth.
Barry Gardiner, you're a star. 👏👏👏
I wouldn’t be where I am today without the love and support that @MichelleObama has poured into me over the years. Her story — from her South Side roots to the White House and beyond — is a central part of the Obama Presidential Center.
The ‘Great Israeli Real Estate Event’ is to be held in London this Sunday.
This disgraceful event will involve the sale of land stolen from Palestinians in illegal Israeli settlements.
Today, I called for the Government to ban this event.
You voted against scrapping zero hour contracts.
You voted against banning fire and rehire.
You voted against day one sick pay for workers.
You said the minimum wage was too high for young people.
Reform politicians openly say they don't like trade unions.
You will always put the interests of your offshore crypto billionaire donors ahead of workers.

It will take a society to beat dementia. https://t.co/BPbosM88dE
The next 48 hours are crucial. The government has just launched a consultation on guaranteed hours.
Sign this petition asking them to stand firm on their pledge to tackle insecure work and ban exploitative zero-hours contracts. https://t.co/8DocnWkfoa via @megaphoneuk
It is absolutely necessary that every British citizen who goes to fight for the IDF is arrested on their return to the UK in relation to war crimes, crimes against humanity and GENOCIDE
This is an image from @I_W_M of British Commandos on a landing craft approaching Sword Beach on D-Day, 6th June 1944. 82 years ago today.
War is a horrific thing; these men left their loved ones to enter its hellish cauldron. Some never returned. We remember their immense bravery and sacrifices to defeat fascism so that they should never be necessary again.
Far right newspapers are trying to run a smear campaign against Misan Harriman. We can't let them.
Add your name to the open letter, and stand against hate and division. https://t.co/VagvFHmK99 via @goodlawproject
ALERT! Yet another act of piracy by the Israeli army in international waters: intercepting the flotilla carrying basic necessities to a desperate population in Gaza. Shame on European govts who are not acting to stop Israel! When will Israel's impunity end?
Farage has one of the highest disapproval ratings of all politicians
Over 70% of the electorate are not voting for Reform
Yet, we all may have to live under the warped ideology of a hard right conservatism
That’s not democracy
Time for Proportional Representation
