Statement Regarding Justin’s Treatment at Today’s Fan Meeting:

We would like to address the treatment Justin received during today’s fan meeting. As fans, it was genuinely upsetting to see the clear imbalance in opportunities and visibility given to him compared to others throughout the event.

Fans have every right to express disappointment and concern when they feel an artist is being overlooked or treated unfairly. Justin has continuously worked hard and shown dedication, and we hope future activities allow him to be showcased more fairly and consistently.

Our goal is not to spread negativity, but to voice concerns respectfully and advocate for better treatment moving forward.

Formal Complaint: Demand Fair Treatment for Member Justin at SMTR25 Macau Fan Meeting

We are Justin China Data Team, representing numerous Chinese fans who love and support Justin. We held sincere expectations for this Macau Fan Meeting, yet a series of unfair treatments targeting Justin at the event have left us extremely disappointed and outraged. We hereby formally lodge a solemn protest and rights defense regarding the following issues.

I. Differential Arrangement of Chinese Song Stage: Blatant Disregard for the Artist and Fans

At this Macau Fan Meeting, the other five Korean members were all assigned solo Chinese song performance segments, while Justin was excluded from an exclusive Chinese song stage. This arrangement is not a unified group setup, but blatant differential treatment.

As an official member of the group and facing the Chinese market, Justin being left out of the Chinese song segment ignores his sincere wish to give back to Chinese fans as an artist and severely hurts the feelings of ticket-buying fans. We absolutely refuse such unfair differentiation in cultural presentation and respect for fans. We demand an official explanation: Why is Justin the only member without a Chinese song stage performance?

II. Unjustified Cancellation of Scheduled Stage with No Official Notice

The stage performance Sorry You’re So Cute, which was fully showcased at the Seoul show, was arbitrarily canceled for the Macau stop. During the same tour, the originally confirmed stage was cut without prior notice, directly resulting in reduced solo performance content for Justin and diminished event sincerity. We demand the organizer provide a clear explanation for this arbitrary stage cancellation.

III. Almost No Big Screen Close-ups: Damaged Viewing Experience and Unfair Exposure

On-site fan feedback and recorded footage confirm there were virtually no close-up shots of Justin on the main big screen throughout the fan meeting. As a stage performer, his performance details and facial interactions could not be displayed to audience members in back rows and stands at all. This seriously infringes on the legitimate viewing rights of ticket holders and shows gross disrespect for Justin’s professional stage performance. Such serious negligence in basic on-site camera scheduling cannot be excused.

In summary, the unfair treatment Justin endured at the Macau Fan Meeting is not accidental oversight, but systematic marginalization and unfair arrangement spanning program planning to on-site execution. We will never tolerate such conduct.

Our Solemn Demands:

1. The organizer and production team shall provide a reasonable official response within 48 hours regarding the differential exclusion of Justin from the Chinese song stage, the unjustified cancellation of the established Seoul stage, and the severe lack of big screen camera coverage.

2. For all subsequent tour stops, guarantee Justin equal stage arrangements consistent with other members, reinstate the canceled stage performance, and fully rectify on-site camera scheduling to ensure fair and deserved exposure for every artist.

We will await a formal response within a reasonable time frame. If our concerns are ignored and unresolved, we will be forced to take further rational rights defense measures including unified fan advocacy. All consequences arising therefrom shall be borne solely by the responsible parties.

Fair stage treatment is the bottom line of all fans. We will persist in defending Justin and Chinese fans’ legitimate rights against any perfunctory handling or deliberate marginalization.
