Many people dream about better lives, but in truth, they don’t want it badly enough. It shows in the work they shy away from doing, the limits they refuse to try to overcome, the negative mindset they continue to hold on to, and their persisting passivity towards the progression of their day-to-day life.
Unfortunately, unless you make the active decision to undergo radical change and follow through, everything will stay the same. And to do that, you have to want it badly enough to upend your current life of comfort and ease, for one of discipline and consistent execution.
If lane wants to leave ole miss, that’s fine. Thanks and good luck. But to abandon your current 11-1 team heading into the CFP just makes absolutely no sense.
@SpartyOn21@EverythingRebs@KeithCarterOM This ole miss team absolutely has a shot to a natty. And with lanes portal recruiting abilities they will be in contention. Also beat UF and lsu this year and kept it to one score against UGA. Also beat UGA last year. You can’t convince me that ole miss isn’t a contender
@Tizzzzzyyyyyy@EverythingRebs@KeithCarterOM 2019 lsu is one of (if not the) greatest college teams ever. Since then, performance and outcome wise, y’all have been the same level as ole Miss. there’s no reason why this team can’t win the natty. Any given Saturday buddy
Chiefs 37, Ravens 20 Takeaways
1) It feels dramatic to say it after just 4 weeks of football, but the Ravens’ season is already in dire straits at 1-3 and no signs of life from the offense, defense, special teams or coaching staff.
2) It’s not just losing the game, but it's losing so many key starters in this game alone: Lamar Jackson, Marlon Humphrey, Roquan Smith, Nate Wiggins and Ronnie Stanley.
3) All eyes turn to Lamar Jackson’s hamstring. With the toughest portion of their schedule nearing it’s end, only Lamar’s presence could save this season. But even if they do, are there any real expectations that they can compete with the AFC’s elite?
4) The last time the Ravens were 1-3 was in 2015, when they also sustained multiple injuries, including to then-starter Joe Flacco. They finished 5-11 that year.
5) The Ravens coaching staff needs to look in the mirror too. They can’t lean on the injuries as an excuse because things were already bad before that. Poor play calls in gotta-have-it situations. Poor use of personnel. Out-coached by the Chiefs year-in and year-out.
6) If Baltimore can’t turn things around, Steve Bisciotti is going to have decisions to make. Lamar Jackson’s prime years are being wasted away, and he can’t stand by and watch for much longer.
