@RoyalMailHelp I sent a tracked48 parcel on 16 Nov which still hasn’t arrived at final destination. It arrived in Swansea sorting office on 19 Nov but your system says it’s still there. There’s a very disappointed child who was expecting his gift 😢 please DM

@SimonCalder The issue is getting hold of them to sort it - it's 4.25am, I found out my flight for Sunday was cancelled at 1.30am....I'm still trying to get through to them to say I can see other flights still available to purchase on Sunday so why am I booked for a diff airport on Monday?!?
