@Flipkart If needed, I can provide my bank statement and google pe statement to prove my innocence of not receiving the refund money of 928.

@Flipkart On the website, customer care are mentioning like the refund transaction was showing as completed and not offering any help other than asking to contact the branch.

@Flipkart This was the worst experience I could feel being a customer of this renowned eCommerce platform. My half a day is gone continuously explaining the things on calls with customer care executives

@Flipkart the customer care executive side after explaining my issues and later none of them picked up the call.

No one is resolving my refund issue. I am really getting frustrated by keep on calling the customer care executive and explaining the same thing again and again.

@Flipkart Later again on a call with Flipkart, they requested me to contact bank grievance but I am not at my native place so I couldn't visit the bank. Tried contacting Flipkart customer care, but 3 calls got ended from

@Flipkart Contacted the customer care of Flipkart and they told me to contact Google Pe initially to solve this issue. I contacted Google Pe, but they are saying this is the issue with the Seller/Merchant which is Flipkart for me and they cannot do anything on this.

@Flipkart The refund was shown as initiated on web site and has asked me to wait till 25th April to complete the banking procedures. I have waited till April 25th and till now, the amount was not credited to my account.

@Flipkart I purchased a few items from Flipkart paid through googlepe on 10th April and as I was not in town, I returned the product during the transit itself without getting it on hand.
