@Deathdealer1_ @brackmea9 @FightHaven Actually, WHEN and WHY a cop can ask for ID varies from state to state. But in most states, if you get stopped while DRIVING you MUST identify yourself. Otherwise, sit there and get arrested, brought to jail, and fingerprinted. They'll ID your ass one way or another.

You don't have to talk, but you HAVE to give your ID when a cop asks for it on a stop.
