On December 3rd at 1:00 PM, I invite all Catholics to go to adoration. Pray for all the victims at Fort Hood. And for the man who will be publicly killed for his actions. And refuse to participate in any spectacle where we lustily rejoice in the death of anyone.
Excited to announce that all super intelligence organizations have now jointly agreed to the ultimate in AI/SI safety:
Moving all testing to Delta Airlines flights, where accessing the Internet is utterly impossible!
@BreannaMorello@AmericanAir "@AmericanAir doesnโt care about their customers."
It's a shame too. Flying the flag and name of our country they should be THE most prestigious airline in the world.
Embarrassing budget airline they've become.
The manifestation crowd is half right.
What you believe really does change what your brain notices and how long you keep going.
Jesus said it first in Mark 11:24, and he told us where to aim that belief: "Have faith in God" (Mark 11:22, ESV).

We need to have a serious conversation about overweight people flying on commercial airlines.
Iโm flying on @AmericanAir and after paying extra money to upgrade my seat, I got stuck next to a man who is 300+ pounds and stripped mid flight.
None of the flight attendants wanted to confront him.
He smells like ๐ฉ and weed.
Heโs literally sitting in my seat and keeps touching me.
For context, heโs literally 300+ pounds and Iโm 120.
Why does American Airlines think itโs acceptable to treat people this way?!
I tried reaching out discreetly during the flight, but they have no avenues to do that.
Bernie.
A list of percentages is not a lesson plan.
I read your post. Then I read it again. Then I did what I do every single time a student hands me a lab report full of numbers: I looked for the source.
There isn't one.
No pollster. No date. No sample size. No margin of error. No question wording. Just five percentages floating in space like dust in a sunbeam, and a guy behind a desk telling us the "establishment" is out of touch. Senator, if one of my sophomores turned this in, I'd hand it back with one word written across the top in red: CITATION.
You're a weather report with no weather. A recipe with no ingredients. A lab report with a conclusion and no lab.
And before anything else, I have to talk about the poster.
Behind you, in your video, there's a red poster with a raised fist and the words "For the Many, Not the Few." Bernie, do you know where that slogan comes from? That was Jeremy Corbyn's campaign slogan for the British Labour Party in 2017. Corbyn ran on the exact same playbook you're running on right now. Nationalize this. Tax that. Free everything for everybody.
And then in 2019, British voters handed Labour its worst defeat since 1935.
So you hung the losing team's jersey on your wall and filmed a five-minute video in front of it about how popular your ideas are. That's like a guy giving a lecture on how to win at poker while sitting in front of a framed photo of his own repossessed truck. Bernie, your set decorator hates you.
Now. Let's talk about your polls.
"59% want Medicare for All."
Sure, Bernie. Ask people if they want free health care, and a lot of them say yes. Ask people if they want a free puppy, and you'll get the same kind of number. Then ask the follow-up question. The one you always leave out.
Back when the Kaiser Family Foundation polled this, support for Medicare for All was in the mid-50s. Then they told people it would eliminate private health insurance. Support dropped into the 30s. Then they told people it would require higher taxes. Support dropped into the 30s again. The second people heard what it actually COSTS them, the majority evaporated like a puddle in July.
That's not public opinion, Bernie. That's a sugar high. Everybody loves the cake until somebody hands them the bill for the bakery.
And here's my favorite part. If 59 percent of Americans want Medicare for All, why couldn't your own party pass it?
What's next, Democrats running the House, the Senate, AND the White House with a golden chance to pass Medicare for All... wait. I'm being told that happened in 2021 and 2022. It never even got a vote. Kamala Harris co-sponsored your Medicare for All bill back in 2019, then spent her 2024 campaign running away from it like it was on fire. Bernie, if your "popular" idea is so popular, why do the people in your own party treat it like a live grenade the second they have to put their names on a ballot?
You're a salesman bragging about how much everybody loves the free sample, while nobody ever buys the product.
"57% want a $20 minimum wage."
This one makes me mad, Bernie. Genuinely mad. Because I teach the kids this hurts.
Sixteen years old. Seventeen. No diploma yet. Nothing on the resume. Some of them have never lived in a house where an adult had a steady job. What they need more than anything in the world is a FIRST job. One manager willing to take a chance on them. One summer of showing up on time and learning how to deal with a cranky customer without quitting.
When the Congressional Budget Office looked at a $15 minimum wage back in 2019, it estimated about 1.3 million people would lose their jobs, and possibly as many as 3.7 million. Fifteen dollars. You want twenty.
Ask people "Do you want workers to make more money?" and of course they say yes. I say yes! Now ask them "Do you want 1.3 million fewer jobs, mostly for teenagers and people without a diploma?" Watch that 57 percent shrink faster than a cheap sweater in a hot dryer.
You're not raising that kid's wage, Bernie. You're locking the front door and hanging a sign on it that says "fairness." And then you're flying home on a chartered jet feeling good about yourself while my student sits on the curb wondering why nobody will hire him.
Quinn's Law Number Twenty-Four: every time a liberal tries to fix something, somebody somewhere loses their job. With your $20 minimum wage, that somebody is seventeen years old and sitting in the second row of my classroom.
"61% want a billionaire wealth tax."
Of course they do. It's a tax on somebody else. Ask 100 people if they want somebody ELSE to pay more, and you'll get a landslide every time. I could get 61 percent of people to vote for a tax on left-handed accordion players.
And we already know how wealth taxes end, because Europe ran the experiment. France had one, and money and wealthy people left in such numbers that Macron scrapped most of it in 2018. Sweden dumped theirs. Germany stopped collecting theirs. Norway's still got one, and wealthy Norwegians have been packing up for Switzerland. Your idea has been tried, Bernie. It has a return label on it in four languages.
"63% want to pause AI development."
Bernie, you posted that video on a phone, through a cell tower, onto servers in a data center, with captions running across the bottom of the screen that were very likely made with the same kind of technology you want to pause. You're using the internet to tell everybody the internet is too dangerous. That's like a guy driving to a rally to protest cars.
And while you "pause," China doesn't. China is building computing hubs as fast as they can pour concrete. Pausing AI in America doesn't stop AI. It just changes who's in charge of it. You're asking America to sit out the race and call it safety.
"66% want the wealthy to pay more into Social Security."
Okay, Bernie, let's talk about Social Security, since your party has been in charge of "protecting" it for my entire life.
The government's own Social Security trustees have been warning for years that the trust fund is headed for a cliff in the early 2030s, when benefits could get cut across the board if Congress does nothing. You've been in Congress since 1991. Thirty-five years. You've had decades to fix it. You've had a Democratic president, a Democratic House, and a Democratic Senate at the same time. And what did you do? Gave speeches. Wrote books. Posted polls.
That's not protecting Social Security, Bernie. That's standing on the dock waving at the Titanic.
Now. Let me name what you actually did in this post, because I teach this too.
It's called an appeal to popularity. Latin name, argumentum ad populum. "Lots of people believe it, so it must be right." It's one of the oldest fallacies in the book.
Do you know what else was popular once? Prohibition. So popular they put it in the Constitution. Fourteen years later they had to rip it back out because it was a disaster. Majorities have been wrong before, Bernie. Many, many times.
And that's exactly why the Founders built a constitutional republic, not a democracy. James Madison warned in Federalist No. 10 about majorities using their numbers to take the property of everybody else. He had a word for it. He called it a "wicked project." The Founders put up guardrails so that a poll, or a mob, or a mood, couldn't just vote away somebody else's paycheck because 61 percent of a survey thought it sounded nice.
The Constitution doesn't say "unless Bernie has a poll."
And let me show you how polls work, Senator. If I polled my classroom tomorrow, I already know exactly what I'd get:
100% of my students want no homework. 97% want pizza every Friday. 94% want school to start at 10 AM. 89% want their phones back during tests. And 100% want a "fair" grading system where my A students donate some of their points to the kids who skipped half the semester.
By your logic, Bernie, I'm "out of touch" for still giving a final exam.
That's Quinn's Law Number Nine: to a liberal, intentions are more significant than outcomes. The intention is "everybody gets free stuff." The outcome is a country that runs out of other people's money. Every poll in your post is the intention. Every single one leaves out the outcome.
And "maybe it's the establishment that's out of touch."
Bernie. Who do you think the establishment IS?
You've been in Congress since 1991. You've been in Washington longer than half the people reading this have been alive. You've had a Senate parking spot since before smartphones existed. You chaired the Budget Committee. You ARE the establishment, Senator. You're the furniture. You're the carpet. You're the slightly yellowed ceiling tile in the corner that nobody's replaced since the Clinton administration. You just keep talking like an outsider so nobody notices.
And the "fringe" label? Bernie, Republicans aren't the ones calling your ideas fringe. Your own party is. The Democrats who ran from Medicare for All. The ones who stripped the minimum wage out of the COVID bill. The ones who cleared the field for Hillary in 2016 and for Biden in 2020 and left you standing in the rain both times. You're not mad at the establishment, Bernie. You're mad at your own party, and you're taking it out on the rest of us.
So here's my standing offer, Senator, because I make it every time and you never take it. I keep hearing Democrats demand that "the wealthy pay more" while they ARE the wealthy. Three houses. $221,000 on chartered jets in one quarter of 2025. Millions in book money. So go first. File with the standard deduction only. No itemizing. Pay DOUBLE what the IRS says you owe. Post the return. Then, and only then, tell me what 66 percent of a poll thinks rich people should pay.
Quinn's Law Number Twenty-Five: liberals are great at giving away other people's money. Never their own.
You know what you are, Bernie? You're a carnival barker standing in front of a ride that's been shut down for safety violations, yelling about how much everybody loves roller coasters.
You're a toddler with a calculator. Lots of buttons pushed. No idea what any of the numbers mean.
You've got the economic instincts of a raccoon at a buffet. Grab everything, worry about who's paying later, and leave a mess for somebody else to clean up.
Your arguments are like a screen door in a hurricane. Lots of flapping. Zero protection.
You're a one-trick pony, and the trick is complaining.
You're so far behind the times, Senator, you think "streaming" is something that happens to a creek.
And if brains were taxed, Bernie, you'd finally be getting the refund you've always wanted.
But what do I know? I'm only a physics teacher who makes teenagers cite their sources, label their units, and finish the experiment before they announce the result, which is apparently three more steps than a 35-year senator takes before he hits post.

#MAGA #Trump #Veterans
Bernie. Buddy. Before anything else, I have to say thank you. I mean it.
Three posts in two days. THREE. Some teachers spend their whole weekend hunting for examples of bad logic to show their students. Not me. I just open your page and hit refresh. You are the most dependable supplier of classroom material I have ever had, and I've had a lot of freshmen. So from the bottom of my heart, Senator, thank you. You're the fruitcake that keeps showing up every Christmas whether anybody asked for it or not.
Okay. Now. "Get big money out of politics."
I read that out loud and had to sit down.
Bernie, you ARE big money in politics. You raised over 200 million dollars for your 2016 run. Then you did it AGAIN in 2020. Your campaign dropped $221,000 on chartered private jets in ONE quarter of 2025, on a tour literally called "Fighting Oligarchy." So let me make sure I've got this straight. You took donor money... bought jet fuel with it... flew to a rally... and told the crowd that money has too much influence in politics.
Senator, if hypocrisy burned like jet fuel, you'd never have to pay for a flight again. It's like a frog calling somebody ugly.
"But Mike, it was SMALL donors!"
Okay. Great. Good for you. Honestly. But think about what you just proved. If a guy from Vermont with the warmth of a DMV waiting room can raise 200 million bucks from regular working people, then regular working people already have a voice. And they use it. The "rigged system" you keep crying about is the exact system that turned you into a celebrity. You're sawing off the branch you're sitting on and then yelling at gravity. That's not a policy position. That's weapons-grade stupid, and I apologize to weapons.
And notice how you said "megadonors from BOTH parties"... and then only named one. Cute. Let me help you with the other half. I've got a red pen and nowhere to be.
Kamala Harris raised about 1.5 BILLION dollars in roughly fifteen weeks in 2024. Billion. With a B. Hollywood fundraisers, celebrity concerts, Wall Street checks, the whole circus. And she LOST. So much for money buying elections, Bernie. Turns out people don't care how many billionaires show up to your fundraiser when they're standing in the grocery store putting eggs back on the shelf.
Then there's Michael Bloomberg. He spent about a BILLION dollars of his own money in the 2020 Democratic primary. You were IN that race. You were standing on the same debate stage. And what did a billion dollars buy him? American Samoa. That's it. The most expensive souvenir in the history of mankind. The poor man couldn't blow out a candle, and he still outspent the entire field. What's next, a Democratic billionaire trying to buy the whole nomination with his own checkbook... wait. I'm being told Bloomberg already did that. Right next to you. Where was THIS tweet back then, Bernie?
George Soros put more than 125 million dollars into his Democracy PAC in a single donation back in 2021. Reid Hoffman. Tom Steyer. I could keep going until the bell rings. And the unions! Don't forget the unions. Citizens United freed them up to spend too, and they've been pouring hundreds of millions into Democratic campaigns ever since. Funny how that never makes it into your posts. Your mind is like a steel trap, Senator. Rusted shut. But only on the left side.
That's Quinn's Law Number Seven, alive and well: it's different when you're a Democrat. When Trump's side spends money, it's "buying the election." When Bloomberg lights a billion dollars on fire, when Soros writes nine-figure checks, when Harris burns through a billion and a half in fifteen weeks, that's "democracy." Same money. Same ads. Different jersey. Your brain is a browser with 47 tabs open and not a single one of them loading.
Now let's talk about Citizens United, because I'm fairly sure you've never read it. That's okay. Most people haven't. Pull up a chair. Class is in session.
Citizens United was a small nonprofit. In 2008 they made a documentary that criticized Hillary Clinton. The federal government told them they could NOT air it close to the election. That's the whole case. The government tried to ban a MOVIE because it said mean things about a politician.
And here's the part that made my jaw drop the first time I read it. During oral argument, the government's own lawyer admitted that under that law, the government could ban a BOOK if it said the wrong thing about a candidate close to an election. A book, Bernie. A BOOK. You've written a few of those. The Supreme Court said absolutely not, and pointed at the First Amendment: "Congress shall make no law... abridging the freedom of speech."
So when you shout "End Citizens United," what you're really saying is: let the government ban movies and books that criticize politicians. Politicians like YOU. That's not getting money out of politics. That's getting criticism out of politics, and guess who'd get to decide who talks? I'm glad to see you're not letting education get in the way of your ignorance.
As a medic, I took an oath to protect people. As a soldier, I swore an oath to support and defend the Constitution, and that includes the First Amendment. I did not raise my right hand so a senator could decide which movies Americans are allowed to watch in October. That part actually makes me angry.
Oh, and a little civics for the road. A senator can't "end" a Supreme Court decision with a tweet. That takes the Court reversing itself, or a constitutional amendment, which needs two-thirds of Congress and three-quarters of the states. You've been in Congress since the first Bush was president, and you still think laws happen by hashtag. Democrats have been promising to "end Citizens United" since Moby Dick was a minnow. They've had full control of Washington twice since that ruling came down. And they did... nothing. Zip. You're about as useful as a screen door on a submarine, Senator. There's a leak in the think tank and the water's up to your knees.
And here's the kicker. Campaign finance "reform" is the whole reason super PACs exist. Every time Congress capped what a person could give straight to a candidate, the money didn't vanish. It just walked around the building and came in through a side door. Outside groups. PACs. Super PACs. The harder you squeeze, the darker the money gets, because money that used to go straight to a candidate with his name on it now goes to some group called "Americans for Puppies and Sunshine" that nobody can trace. Quinn's Law Number One: liberalism always delivers the exact opposite of what it promises. You wanted less shady money. You built a shady money factory. You're more confused than a chameleon in a bag of Skittles.
Now let's get to your big genius fix. "Public funding of elections."
Bernie. Public funding means MY money.
My tax dollars. Out of my teacher's paycheck. Paying for campaign ads for politicians I can't stand. I already pay your salary. I already pay your pension. I already pay your staff. And now you want me to buy your commercials too? That's not getting money out of politics. That's making it MANDATORY. It's a campaign donation with a gun to my head. You're as useful as a battery-powered battery charger.
And we already TRIED this. Remember that little checkbox on your tax return for presidential campaigns? Do you know who blew that system up? A Democrat. What's next, a Democratic nominee turning down public funding in the general election because he could rake in way more from big donors... wait. I'm hearing Barack Obama already did that in 2008. First major-party nominee to walk away from it since the system started. He raised about three quarters of a BILLION dollars instead. And you cheered him the whole way.
So fine, let me propose my own plan, since taxpayer money is apparently the cure for everything. Every single American gets their own free campaign. Free yard signs. Free TV ads. Free robocalls at dinner time. The TV stations just eat the cost. Plus free campaign pizza on Fridays. This is not a radical thing, Bernie. It's just common sense.
Honestly, arguing with you about this is like trying to baptize a cat. Everybody ends up wet and bleeding, and nobody gets saved.
I'll get a little personal now. I keep watching Democrats scream about rich people in politics while BEING the rich people in politics. You own three houses. Nancy Pelosi's household is worth over two hundred million dollars. Your party is stuffed with millionaires who know every loophole in the tax code, because a lot of them wrote it, and then they turned around and used those loopholes on their own returns. So my offer still stands, and it never expires. Before you lecture ANYBODY about billionaires, file with the standard deduction. No itemizing. Pay DOUBLE what the IRS says you owe. Post the return online. Then come talk to me about greed. Until then, some hogs have all four feet and their snout in the trough, and you're squealing about the other pig.
So let's grade today's post, shall we?
You complained about big money after raising over 400 million dollars across two campaigns and flying private on donor cash. You said "both parties" and then only named one. You forgot Bloomberg, Soros, the unions, and a billion-and-a-half-dollar Harris campaign that lost anyway. You want to overturn a case that stopped the government from banning a MOVIE. And your big solution is to force taxpayers to pay for politicians they can't stand.
That's not a platform, Bernie. That's a 12-piece bucket of stupid with a side of hypocrisy and a large sweet tea. Grade: F. Please see me after class.
You smile about as often as a total solar eclipse, Senator, and you're almost always wrong, but never, ever in doubt. I'll give you consistency. It's just not the good kind. You've got delusions of adequacy and you're depriving some little village in Vermont of its idiot. Honestly, you're impossible to underestimate. Every time I think you've hit rock bottom, you show up with a shovel. I picture your last two brain cells arguing over who has to go to work today.
And after thirty-five years in Congress, with two renamed post offices to show for it, I still want to know one thing. What have you actually done for the working people you talk about in every single post? Not handouts. Not tweets. Not speeches. What have you BUILT? Because from where I'm sitting, the only thing you've ever truly campaigned for... is the next campaign.
Anyway. Thanks again for the material, Bernie. Seriously. See you tomorrow. I know you'll have something. You always do.
But what do I know? I'm only a physics teacher and a retired Army medic who actually read the Citizens United decision and the First Amendment, which is two more documents than the senator from Vermont, and a whole lot less money than his last campaign.

Fairlife chocolate protein shake has one main ingredient. Filtered lowfat milk. Every other item on the list is under 1%.
The 26 grams of protein in the bottle comes from filtered milk, not from anything added. Regular lowfat milk is about 8 grams of protein a cup, so 14 ounces would give you around 14 grams. Ultrafiltration pushes the milk through membranes that hold the protein back and let the water and most of the lactose through, then the plant recombines it with more of the protein fraction. That's how you get to 26 with nothing on the list but milk.
The under 1% group is the taste and the texture. Four sweeteners, monk fruit, stevia, acesulfame potassium and sucralose. Each has its own aftertaste, and stacking them at low levels lets each one cover for the others. Then carrageenan, cellulose gel and cellulose gum, three thickeners that keep the cocoa from settling and give the shake some body.
It's about as clean as a protein shake gets.
