Forest Dept. took strict action against illegal activities in Khatoka Forest. An illegal construction was demolished and suspect arrested, while a Suzuki vehicle involved in illegal Ephedra transportation was seized. FIRs were registered.

In a joint operation, the District Administration, Forest Department and Police seized 29 bags of Ephedra from the Spin Ghar mountain area of Sharan Rod Jogezai. Due to difficult terrain, part of the seized stock was destroyed on-site. FIR registered; investigation is underway.
