@DrmMys I struggled on 16218 Mysore Express, G01 coach. No power for 7+ hrs & as a general passenger, UTS numbers aren't accepted on your site. I had an urgent ₹700 payment to make & no help came. A stranger's power bank saved me. Better services needed!
