@vayama @KAYAK Closed the issue with Garuda, your team did nothing to sort this out.Tried the same once with @Expedia, its a total different experience :)

[Juventini @Juventus_A]

@vayama @KAYAK Thats not true.. called Garuda myself and got a rational change fee...! Actually I think they only charged me with ticket difference #Fail

[Juventini @Juventus_A]

@KAYAK Yes ! The change quote was totally different from the fees Garuda airlines offered. Using your service I expected more :)

[Juventini @Juventus_A]

@IndonesiaGaruda Yes this is correct, and I want to change the ticket to HONG KONG TO DENPASAR and on a different date (28th July 2017)

[Juventini @Juventus_A]

@IndonesiaGaruda Waiting for your response,it is my honeymoon and I am really worried and ina hurry for this to be done with :) thanks for your consideration

[Juventini @Juventus_A]

The last time I use @vayama or @KAYAK for buying tickets.
Got a response that buying new tickets is cheaper than amending existing ones LOL!

[Juventini @Juventus_A]
