BREAKING: Vitalik states that @Pumpfun has killed memecoins by turning new retail investors entering the crypto space into degenerate gamblers and with no real-world use, the industry will die fast.

He also stated that @pumpfun has been a net negative to crypto since it was released in 2024 by draining the $crypto ecosystem and turning retail into gamblers not investors.

He also said the platform is setup like a slot machine you keep clicking until your fully drained - pump ultimately wins but retail loses.

THE BLOCK: Ethereum Foundation researcher Justin Drake is urging the crypto industry to begin planning for "bunker mode," recommending a controlled migration of assets to fresh addresses that have never signed a transaction, keeping their public keys hidden behind a hash.

Drake said it is now reasonable to prepare for the possibility that AI could enable fast recovery of private keys from ECDSA public keys, potentially within "months not years."

"Don't rush," Drake said, warning that a disorderly migration could cause more harm than good.

Its _swap() then executes https://t.co/chm98OvJ5d with fully attacker-controlled router and calldata. Since the adapter is an enabled module of the victim Safes, the attacker set router=victim Safe and data=execTransactionFromModule to drain weETH and Aave collateral.
