@joshpeterson29 Whether that is staff changes that he has refused to make in past, or giving up play-calling to focus on other elements of the game. I’m not sure, I’m no expert, but he has some fatal flaws.

Realize he dug UT out of dark pit.

Realize that his teams are not consistent or disciplined enough to win a ship.

He’s done a good job, not sure you could get anybody better. But there is a conversation of change that has to be had in the offseason.
