@ryanschumpert00@JonRothstein If UT can get just a little above average play from Brown/Rubin/Fermin, they will be a top 10 team. Guard play should and will be elite.
I also don’t see a world where Juke Harris isn’t a 1st team all conference player.
I see a four-guard lineup at Tennessee with Hill, Ames, Haralson, Harris, and Lundblade rotating four spots.
That's a loaded perimeter with skill, shooting, and depth.
The Vols should be a Top-10 team entering the 2026-27 season.
Rick Barnes opened his comments today remembering Wes Rucker, calling him a “wonderful person” and asking God to “place a holy hedge of protection around his family.”
He asked that everyone say a prayer today for Wes and his family.
Tennessee coach Rick Barnes on why this team isn't consistent right now: I don't know. I don't. Maybe I should kick it to the ESPN studio guys. They always seem to know.
The way the games were lost is the bigger problem. Some troubling trends we’ve seen before. Some common issues that will need to be corrected, or this time next year will be uncomfortable.

Add ‘25 Ok loss to the list of inexcusable losses under Huep with ‘22 SC, ‘23 UF, and ‘24 Arkansas.
#2 budget in CFB, 0-3 on National TV this season, and +$400 tickets.
Self inflicted wounds on both sides of football and undisciplined football in every “big game”.
@joshpeterson29 Two things can be true.
Realize he dug UT out of dark pit.
Realize that his teams are not consistent or disciplined enough to win a ship.
He’s done a good job, not sure you could get anybody better. But there is a conversation of change that has to be had in the offseason.
Can’t win on the road, Offense/Defense will look lost at times for 60 min.
UT is past the point of beating the UK’s, MSU’s, and ARK.
UT is not past the point of beating the upper tier of the SEC consistently.
It’s year 5, and it’s fair to ask when something is going to give
