@sejudav@kyamageroandrew In his “NANTABUULILIRWA” song, he hints at olubbobbo. Having understood that, I emboldened my understanding of thr fact that “okufanana ssi luganda”

❝A good memorial is more than well-written arguments - it shows clarity of thought, depth of research, and an ability to connect legal principles to real human struggles. It anticipates counterarguments, uses the Constitution and precedent persuasively, and tells a compelling story of justice. When law students achieve that balance, their memorials stand out as both legally sound and powerfully human.❞

Semifinal Round Feedback from the Judges - #CEHURDMoot2025
❝I advise that when we are arguing about breach of rights, we look at Human rights hostilically as provided for in Chapter 4 of the constitution because in most cases, all these rights are intertwined. Through that, you persuade the court about breach of human rights.
You did well to present your case, but one area to improve is eye contact - it really helps you connect with the judges and draw them into your argument. Your submissions will be even stronger if you work on making the arguments flow more smoothly so that your key points and asks stand out clearly.
Remember, the grounds you are defending should come out with confidence and conviction. Also, avoid sounding too rehearsed or robotic, let your natural voice and passion guide your delivery. This will not only boost your confidence but also make your arguments more persuasive.❞
Feedback from the Judges. #CEHURDMoot2025
❝A good lawyer must always persuade court to deem fit their prayers, therefore move out of the moot problem and make arguments in reality while remaining alive to the facts.
❝When seeking for declarations and damages, seek for orders too, so that we ensure that the orders that court has given are not issued in vain.
❝When court passes the orders, there’s need to do a follow up to ensure that the orders are put in place.”
❝Avoid theatre presentations, you are supposed to persuade not to impress in court. Your role is to buy the judicial official to your side.❞
