Hi I ordered Just Cavalli watch from Tata CliQ last week.But the finishing and quality is an issue so I want to return the product and ask refund. On Sunday I raised request. Though it says out for pick up but no one has come so far

@TataCLiQCare Iam completely appalled by Tata cliq's attitude. Your delivery partner doesn't come and status says unsuccessful in picking up. When I raised issue on Twitter, the delivery chap comes twice in a day WHEN I CLEARLY INFORMED I WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE ON THAT DAY.

The glass is replaced BUT that's not the solution. As after 45 mins of cooking the same old odour started again. Its a very typical odour like slow burning of something., this was there before the glass shattered
Kindly look into the matter ASAP.

My glass-top gas stove exploded just 14 days after purchase, sending glass shards across my kitchen and creating a serious safety hazard. Fortunately, no one was injured, but the outcome could have been far worse.

As a consumer, I expect Prestige to conduct a proper technical assessment and replace the entire unit rather than merely replacing the shattered glass. Customer safety should take precedence oindorever minimizing warranty costs.

Your proposed solution is to replace only the glass top. However, when a gas appliance fails catastrophically within two weeks of normal use, the issue cannot simply be dismissed as broken glass. The root cause of the failure must be investigated.

Sir here we are 20 -25 families stranded at Prayagraj Airport. We missed our flight due to city traffic which took 5 hours to reach from Arail.
The Airport authorities are not even allowing us to go in .

We started at 10 :30, Rishikul cottages helpdesk booked our vehicle and inspite requesting that we want yo leave by 8, the driver was arranged at 10:30am, flight was at 1:30pm.
