Worst experience with @flyspicejet
All airlines allow one hand bag along with a shoulder sack. We ask for check-in if the bag is larger or heavier than the prescribed weight.
Yet Spice Jet charges extra amount purely for carbon luggage.

@flyspicejet There are legit ways and this is not one of them, if you decide to charge customers for a generally followed rule, you ought to thoroughly adhere to change management principles or carry the burden of ruptured reputation.
Never flying them again & none should.

This guy Praveen was extremely rude along with other staff to other PAX as well. They pick & choose to charge, allowing some PAX w bigger bags. There are legit ways to increase revenue @flyspicejet
Folks avoid them totally!
