Reflecting a deliberate strategy to ensure national inclusion and regional representation, the training of over 400 participants since 2023 has covered five regions; Central, Eastern Uganda, Northern Uganda) and Western Uganda. Participants to the trainings hosted at universities in the regions have included youth councillors, university guild leaders, and young from diverse institutions nationwide. By convening young leaders across sectors—politics, academia, and enterprise—the programme strengthens cross-sector collaboration, expands national networks, and nurtures a generation of transformative leaders committed to sustainable development.
