With Robinhood, Tesla is testing a much simpler way to vote as a shareholder:
Set your preferences once → they carry into future meetings → change any individual vote whenever you want → and you can also opt out anytime, so you’re not handing over control

The bigger part is the SEC decision
Its no-action position isn’t just about Tesla. Other public companies could use the same framework, turning shareholder voting from paperwork people ignore into something closer to an app setting
