@ofgem We signed up in December having been advised that we should fix our rates. This was the worst time to do this. We want to extend our contract & blend the higher rate we locked in with the lower rate now available. This would be a great help. £2.05/day fixed charge is outrageous
@UKHospKate We were refused credit by SSE and British Gas which were 20% cheaper than the other suppliers. We have been customers of SSE for 2 years and paid every bill on time and in full.
@UKHospKate Sales in the City of London are down about 50% on strike days and 80% when tube and train train strikes happen. Impossible to plan between now and January if these strikes go ahead.
@UKHospKate@steviexdavis Our daily contract rate is significantly cheaper than a fixed contract 51p v 80p but daily standing charges are £5.75 daily v £1.20 on contract.
The single most important thing is working capital for the restart. CBIL will lend us money to restart but not to grow. Suppliers, HMRC, Landlords, existing debt all need to be paid back. CBIL will help with that but not with future growth #AskRishi
@ErikBille Erik unfortunately not! We were hoping to but with the current situation any cash we have is going towards survival rather than growth. Really appreciate your and all our customers support.
@ErikBille Honestly we are not sure. The area has very little footfall and not many offices are occupied there. We are in touch with Broadgate who to their credit have been excellent. The business rates are crazy. We are open in Queen St nr the Bloomberg building. Live to see u there.
