I used to have a tight friend group.
We laughed, shared secrets, planned girls’ trips.
Then one day, one of them accidentally sent a screenshot to me.
It was our group chat.
Only… I wasn’t in it.
They had a second one where I was the topic.
“She thinks she’s better than us.”
“Her relationship won’t last.”
“She’s changed.”
I stared at it for ten minutes in silence.
Didn’t even respond. Just left the real group quietly.
Weeks later, one texted: “Why are you distant lately?”
I said, “You can discuss that in your other chat.”
Then I blocked them all, poured myself some wine, and made new friends who clap when I win.
My cat died this morning. The last creature on this planet that will love me unconditionally, that will not judge or hate me, would always be there for me, has now passed on. Rest in peace my beloved cat Izzy.
Your entire life can really change in a year. You just gotta love yourself enough to know you deserve more, be brave enough to demand more, and be disciplined enough to actually work for more. You can do it. You got this.
Be comfortable being the Villain, majority of these low self esteem parasites are depending on you being scared of being perceived negatively. I never gave a fuck.
Bro to bro: Fight for the life you want in 2026. No laziness. No procrastination. Prayer alone isn’t enough. Go to war with everything that stands in your way.
Don't make yourself small for anyone. Be the awkward, funny, intelligent, beautiful little weirdo that you are. Don't hold back. Weird it out. Be the glitch.
With recent news of certain friends of friends passing away, I'm glad my really close friends are in good health. Appreciate people while they are still around!
