If a student needs to call their parent or vice versa, there’s schools phones and counselors. Parent are part of the problem, but they not ready for that conversation yet.

Worst experience ever from @optimum. How you install a new WiFi service, doesn’t work the same day (literally an hour later stopped working) and I have to wait until the weekend for assistance. (Mind you, this happened days ago) 🙄
