A positive response from Government to the short debate in the House of Lords today, supporting the proposals to enable the prescribing of the 5 specified controlled drugs by paramedic independent prescribers, with changes due to be made to legislation by the end of this year.

Lots of news stories about the (likely ineffectual) banning of recreational laughing gas use in the UK recently.

It’s something we see semi-often at work so thought I’d do a little thread on the health implications of it.

Not joking but if you “delayed” getting an ambulance yesterday or delayed going to hospital because of strikes then you definitely do not need to go.
