I had a terrible experience at your Rockland Center branch today. One of your employees yelled at us to "get the f*** out" around 16:55, while I was with my 12-year-old son. This incident was completely uncalled for and left a negative impression. Shame!

I have bought three Apple Watches to be able to communicate with my younger boys, battery dies half way during the day and Warranty doesn’t cover it

@BM_Promotions how about caring about your after service as much as you sales, I contacted the service department more than 4 month ago they replied that the product is under warranty and should be exchanged and now no one answers me on how to do it

@Videotron Hello, based on our last conversation the supervisor called me back and we agreed that there will be no charges of the Technition visit, to my surprise the charges were added and the customer service has no notes of this agreement on my file. This is very vexing
