If Taiwan server in the future has both Suzuran and Elysium (then they would also have Weedy), maybe they could pass Risk 28.

@JeremyTanMH @ZebraQuake @ArknightsKorea @ArknightsEN @YostarGlobal As for Pyrite Gorge, although having Suzuran (who the Chinese server didn’t have) truly helped, to do Risk 28 we need to increase the total SP required for every skill, which makes it much slower to generate costs (Vanguards) and much harder to get through the early stage.

But Area 59 was the earliest CC when there weren’t many operators. So far no feasible way has been found to have proper operators with enough DPS under that condition.

@JeremyTanMH @ZebraQuake @ArknightsKorea @ArknightsEN @YostarGlobal For now the highest record of Area 59 Ruins is still Risk 26 but decreased to 9 operators (completed by A2 from Project Ark, he used an account on the Taiwan server to finish this). In that method Ethan needs to consecutively bind enemies for 9 times.
